I have a problem with a part and would like advice?

Simply email us with your concern and request a call back and we will happily respond. We want to assist our customers at all times.

How do you send the goods?

We use TNT Express, Toll Ipec, Australia Post Express and DHL.

We always try to use the most efficient way to deliver your goods promptly.

Can you deliver to the track?

We are happy to deliver parts to the track at meetings that we attend.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally using DHL!

How do I pay?

We accept Cash, Direct Deposit or Credit Card (surcharge applies).

Where are you located?

Australian Capital Territory.

Do you have Distributors?

We have distributors throughout the world.

I have changed my mind about a purchase, can I return the parts?

Our return and exchange policy is STRICTLY within 7 days of the invoice date. All returns and exchanges must be in brand new condition, in original undamaged packaging. Return of all parts is at the buyers expense. Please contact a consultant prior to returning.
