We work with leading performance engine builders and industry leaders to create a premium header that provides maximum performance.
Maintaining high gas flow is essential for a performance race engine. Stainless steel headers will ensure maximum flow due to better thermal conductivity when compared to mild steel. Simply put, a stainless header keeps the heat inside the pipe, allowing gas to exit from the outlet, rather than heat sinking thru the pipe like a mild steel header. Additionally stainless steel is more durable and doesn’t need to be “coated” to prevent rusting.
All headers are fabricated using stainless steel flanges & tubing, CNC mandrel bends and TIG weld construction.
A stainless steel header will increase exhaust gas flow and improve scavenging to increase engine performance.
